Controller bricked during firmware update?

Hello!

I tried to update to the firmware, but it failed.
Now icant connect to the robot,neither via Dorna Lab nor API.
Another attempt at firmware update fails, see error messages see below
I'm on Windows 10.
In the Device manager  the device now shows as "Bossa Program Port"

Please advise.

I could upload the firmware with of this tool

using the installer version and not the executable.
Checked "Erase" and "Boot to flash" as options.

I uploaded 'firmware.bin'.
By the way, what is the fifference/purpose of 'windows_gui_firmware.bin'?
