The customer can return the product within 2 weeks of delivery if the product is still in the same condition as they received it.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling fees, and the customer has to take care of the return shipment.
We charge 20% restocking fee on returned items.
To initiate a return, first contact the support team (email@example.com), and receive your return authorization code, and further instructions.
Note: No return will be accepted without return authorization code.
