Return within 30 days
Dorna Robotics allows for returns of purchased products within a 30-day window from the day of shipping, provided that the product remains in its original condition. It is important to note that returns will not be accepted after the expiration of the 30-day period. However, there are some exceptions to this policy:
- Customized products are non-returnable.
- Reimbursement is not available for customization services.
- Engineering hours are non-refundable.
- Purchased warranty services, including Care Warranty, cannot be returned.
The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable to the customer. The responsibility for the return shipment lies with the customer, who is advised to ensure full insurance coverage for the returned items to safeguard against any damage that may occur during transit. Dorna Robotics cannot be held liable for any damage to returned products during the shipping process.
Before issuing any refunds, Dorna Robotics will evaluate the condition of the returned goods. The products must be in the exact same condition as they were shipped to the customer. If the product exhibits signs of usage or wear and tear, Dorna Robotics retains the right to decline the return request or apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original price of the returned items.
Processing the return request may take up to 2 weeks after receiving the goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. The timeframe for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the payment method used.
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization code and receive further instructions. Kindly note that we cannot accept any returns without a valid return authorization code.
