Compact and Scalable
The system is designed to fit on a standard laboratory bench with a compact 75 cm by 100 cm footprint and features a fully modular design for easy reconfiguration and expandability. It can be scaled to process anywhere from 90 to over 900 samples per day, while accommodating a wide range of sample containers and test capsules. Trays and racks can be picked up and repositioned without screws, streamlining setup and enabling fast, flexible operation across diverse laboratory workflows.
Intelligent Inspection
The system uses a camera to identify and track samples while also measuring key data points such as water levels, with all collected information seamlessly integrated to support efficient databasing and analysis.
Robust Sample Handling
The system is equipped with our Decapping Station to reliably decap and recap samples, and with its modular sample-gripping mechanism it can perform robust operations such as shaking samples to ensure thorough mixing with testing powders.
Precise and Repeatable
The system delivers the precision required to seamlessly open test capsules, such as Colilert-18, and accurately dispense their contents into water samples with consistent repeatability.
