Return Policy
This return policy applies to standard Dorna hardware components available on our Components page. Custom solutions, lab modules, and integrated automation projects are governed by the terms of your project agreement.
14-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipment date, provided the product is returned in its original condition and original packaging. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
The following are non-returnable:
- Custom-designed hardware or mechanical fixtures
- Custom software or workflow configurations
- Engineering hours and professional services
- Dorna Care and other warranty service plans
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team to receive a return authorization code. Returns submitted without a valid authorization code will not be accepted.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for its full value — Dorna Robotics is not liable for damage that occurs during return transit.
Product Condition
All returned products must be in the same condition as shipped — unused, unmodified, and in original packaging. Dorna Robotics will inspect all returned items before processing a refund. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2 weeks of receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping costs. Processing times vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
